PROGRAM MANAGER |
| |
Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall direction and
success of multiple programs involved in disciplines including, but not
limited to, engineering and technical support services, logistics, life
cycle cost analysis, financial services, cost analysis, hardware acquisition
management, information technology, test and evaluation, electronic equipment
installation, field engineering services, or aviation services. Point of
contact to client for planning and execution of tasks. Develops guidelines,
formulates plans and executes assigned tasks. Supervises personnel assignments
and work. |

Education: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, business
or a related field from an accredited college or university is the minimum
requirement. A Master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of professional
experience. If no degree, requires eighteen (18) years directly related
experience with formal training in a related technical discipline and
in management and leadership principles. |

Experience: A minimum of 10 years direct experience performing program
management functions. |
| |
PROJECT MANAGER |
| |
Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for the control and success
of a project involved in disciplines including, but not limited to,
engineering and technical services, logistics, life cycle cost analysis,
financial services, cost analysis, hardware acquisition management,
information technology, test and evaluation, electronic equipment installation,
field engineering services, or aviation services. Acts as project team
leader. Client interface for project technical matters. Participates
in planning, developing guidelines and formulating work assignments.
Directs and supervises team on assigned work. |

Education: A Bachelor's degree in engineering,
management, business, or related field from an accredited college
or university is the minimum requirement.
A Master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of professional experience.
If no degree, requires fourteen (14) years of directly related experience
with formal training in a related technical discipline and in management
disciplines. |

Experience: A minimum of 6 years direct experience performing project
management functions. |
| |
SENIOR ENGINEER |
| |
Functional Responsibilities: Conducts engineering design and analysis in the fields of aeronautical,
avionics, mechanical, or electrical engineering. Oversees
team-engineering activities. Solves complex engineering problems. Make
recommendations to senior program staff. |

Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science
discipline. A master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of
professional experience. |
| |
Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in an area applicable to the functional
responsibilities with 3 years at the supervisory level in which the individual was in charge of a significant systems
engineering effort. |

ENGINEER |
| |
Functional Responsibilities: Conducts engineering
design and analysis in the fields of aeronautical, avionics, mechanical,
or electrical engineering. Solves routine engineering problems. |

Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering
or a related science discipline. An equivalent and appropriate combination
of specialized education and experience may be substituted for the degree.
If no degree, eight (8) years experience in a technical field with formal
related training seminars, coursework, or certification. A Master's
degree may be substituted for 2 years of professional experience. |

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN |
| |
Functional Responsibilities: Applies engineering
techniques, principles, and precedents to develop, modify, install,
test, evaluate, or operate technical systems. Duties may include evaluating,
engineering, and installing test instrumentation; data pre/post processing;
and the maintenance, repair, inspection, and troubleshooting of systems
and test equipment. Organizes, analyzes, and prepares reports of technical
data and information. May plan and conduct open or bench tests of subsystems
or components. |

Education: An Associate's degree or successful completion
of an appropriate technical or military program is required. An equivalent
and appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted
for the degree. |

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in an area
relating to the functional responsibilities. |

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST |
| |
Functional Responsibilities: Serves as the principal
quality assurance team leader for systems development, testing, and
training and training-related support elements. Conducts quality assurance
analyses of system functional designs, test plans, test data, subsystem
synthesis, requirements and specifications, and for training curricula
and related support elements to ensure that all technical requirements
are being adhered to and implemented. |

Education: An Associate's degree or successful completion
of an appropriate technical or military program is required. An equivalent
and appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted
for the degree. |

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in an area
relating to the functional responsibilities. |

SENIOR ANALYST |
| |
Functional Responsibilities: Integrates and studies
complex engineering, organizational, and technical system methodologies
and operation to analyze problems, processes, and developmental activities.
Analyzes complex Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Situations to determine
best possible cost-effective support solutions that ensure effective
support while meeting readiness objectives. Designs and implements system
analysis procedures, programs and techniques. Conducts systems troubleshooting
and reporting. Explores alternative support solutions to include various
organic and commercial support options able to optimize the cost-readiness
equation. Supervises other analysts, programmers, and operators in ILS
model development, data collection, model operation, and data analysis. |

Education: Requires a bachelor's degree. If no degree
requires twelve (12) years directly related experience and the completion
of formal coursework and/or seminars. A Master's degree may be substituted
for 2 years of professional experience. |

Experience: A minimum of 10 years direct experience
in the field specialization pertinent to the job responsibilities required.
At least five years of total experience must have been at the supervisory
level. Experience must have included both acquisition and in-service
logistics support if applicable. |

ANALYST |
| |

Applies knowledge of office management, methods and procedures in producing
and maintaining documentation, correspondence, records, and reports.
Performs duties to support development of documentation, progress and
status of projects and programs regarding budgets, finance, property
and accounting. |

| May support program managers, project managers, and systems engineers
to provide Project/Planning and Control (PP&C) functions to include:
scheduling, work flow analyses, staffing, metrics analyses, forecasting,
and control techniques. Designs and implements new PP&C methods
in support of project objectives. |

| May review and correct manuscripts for such elements as style, spelling,
grammar, and consistency. Works as required at any of four levels: substantive
editing, standard editing, coy editing; and proofreading. Provides technical
guidance to staff on format. |

Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in a related
field. |

Experience: If no degree requires seven (7) years
equivalent work experience as an Administrative Assistant. Requires
formal or on-the-job training in word processing, spreadsheets, database
systems or related applications in the performance of the above disciplines. |

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT |
| |
Functional Responsibilities: A mid-level administrative
position requiring three (3) years experience performing administrative
tasks in support of programs involved. May analyze data and present
pertinent facts in writing. May write technical articles, papers, reports,
plans and technical manuals, etc. |

Education: Associate's Degree from an accredited
college or university is required. If no degree, requires 5 years-equivalent
work experience as an Administrative Assistant. Requires formal or on-the-job
training in word processing, spreadsheets, database systems or related
applications in the performance of the above disciplines. |

Experience: Requires experience in an office environment
and a working knowledge of word processing and other applications to
support the above disciplines. |
| |
JUNIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT |
| |
Functional Responsibilities: An entry level administrative
position requiring one year experience performing administrative tasks
including word processing, data entry, copying, filing, and routine
office work of a general nature. |

Education: High School Diploma |
| |
Experience: Knowledge of personal computers and office
equipment. Formal training in word processing and spreadsheet software. |
